Laser Therapy

Class 3B laser therapy uses targeted light energy to penetrate the skin and reach deep into muscles, joints, and connective tissues. The light stimulates cells to produce more energy at a cellular level, increasing circulation and oxygen delivery while encouraging faster tissue repair. It also helps reduce inflammation by promoting lymphatic drainage and modulating the body’s natural pain signals. This combination of effects can relieve muscle tension, improve joint flexibility, and enhance overall musculoskeletal health.

Class 3B laser therapy is particularly beneficial for active or sporting dogs to support performance and prevent injury, dogs recovering from surgery or soft tissue injuries, and older dogs experiencing stiffness or arthritis. It helps reduce pain and inflammation, improves mobility, and can slow the progression of degenerative conditions such as arthritis. When used as part of a tailored treatment plan alongside remedial massage and functional exercises, it supports your dog’s comfort, movement and long-term wellbeing.

It’s commonly used to:

  • Reduce muscle and joint pain

  • Speed up recovery from injury or surgery

  • Improve circulation and tissue repair

  • Support mobility, comfort, and performance

It is not suitable for:

  • Areas with active cancer without veterinary approval

  • During pregnancy or over open growth plates

  • Direct application to the eyes

  • Replacement for veterinary diagnosis or essential medical treatment
